Device collection confirmation
The collection will usually be scheduled for the next working day (if confirmed before 3PM). If you are unavailable or your circumstances have changed, please contact customer services.
Once scheduled, DPD will notify you of the collection time via SMS or email. If you need to change your
collection date, you can do this via the DPD app or website.
